Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales & Student Advisor (Malay Speaker) to join our international team. In this role, you will support prospective students from the Malaysian market throughout their study abroad journey, from the initial enquiry to enrolment.
You will provide information about our English programmes, student life in Ireland, accommodation options, and visa processes, while working towards achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from prospective students via phone calls, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
- Advise students on English courses, accommodation options, life in Ireland, and student visa requirements.
- Prospect and follow up with leads to maximise enrolments.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and education partners.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support business growth in the Malaysian market.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities using the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Malay and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international education or study abroad consultancy.
- Familiarity with Irish student visa processes.
- Experience using CRM systems.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to €20,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
