Key Requirements:

Has proven experience as a Chef, preferably within a hotel or busy breakfast operation.

Has previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Is passionate about food and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards.

Has excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.

Can work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

Has strong organisational and communication skills.

Is reliable, punctual, and professional.

Can lead by example and motivate a kitchen team.

Is flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

Has a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Main Duties:

Lead and supervise the breakfast kitchen team.
-
Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality breakfast dishes.
-
Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
-
Manage daily mise en place and ensure adequate preparation for service.
-
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
-
Minimise food waste and maintain effective cost controls.
-
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment.
-
Train, support, and motivate junior members of the kitchen team.

Work closely with the Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Front of House team.

Respond professionally to guest requests and dietary requirements.

Assist with menu development and seasonal breakfast offerings where required.
