North Cork Electrical Ltd is one of Ireland's leading renewable energy installation companies, specializing in Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our expanding team in Mallow.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our installation teams have the correct materials, equipment and stock available each day. You will be responsible for maintaining an organised warehouse, preparing customer orders and supporting the smooth running of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare materials for daily installation teams.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Receive, inspect and check incoming deliveries.
- Organise stock within the warehouse.
- Carry out stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- Report stock shortages or damaged items.
- Assist with deliveries to sites when required.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where necessary).
- Work closely with the office, purchasing team and installation crews.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Full clean Category B driving licence preferred.
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
