dnata Catering & Retail Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.
The Sustainability and Environmental Admin will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in areas such as waste management, recycling, and resource efficiency.
The Role:
- Maintain and update environmental records, trackers, and registers (waste, recycling, energy, water, etc.)
- Collect and validate documentation from suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Produce KPI dashboards and sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support environmental audits (internal, external, and customer), including documentation and action tracking
- Monitor waste streams, recycling performance, and compliance with waste segregation standards
- Coordinate waste contractor schedules, collections, and site improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives (e.g. waste reduction, sustainable packaging, energy and water efficiency)
- Assist with environmental incident tracking and follow-up actions
- Coordinate sustainability campaigns, meetings, and communications
- Maintain structured records on SharePoint/Teams for accessibility and audit readiness
- Provide general administrative support across sustainability, QHSE, and operations
The Requirments:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. logistics, catering, manufacturing, aviation)
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Experience managing documentation, trackers, and deadlines
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage across teams and external partners
- Experience in sustainability, environmental, or QHSE functions and familiarity with ISO standards / audit frameworks would be benefical
- Be whilling to go through garda vetting and 5 year background check process
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
