Overview
TopSec Cloud Solutions, a growing B2B SaaS business is hiring an ABM Manager to lead named-account outreach into large enterprise organisations in Ireland. The role is focused on building and running a high-touch account-based marketing programme to open opportunities for a SaaS-based email security service with CIO, CISO, IT infrastructure, security operations, and risk stakeholders.
The role suits someone who can combine strategy, campaign execution, sales alignment, and strong commercial thinking.
The role
This person will own the ABM plan for a defined list of strategic enterprise accounts and work closely with sales to convert those accounts into meetings, pipeline, pilot projects, and closed business. The remit includes account research, buying-group mapping, campaign planning, message development, content coordination, outreach orchestration, reporting, and programme optimisation.
This is not a broad brand-marketing position. It is a focused revenue role for someone who understands how to market into complex buying committees and support enterprise sales cycles in a measurable way.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain account plans for named enterprise accounts, including business priorities, stakeholder maps, likely incumbent vendors, and campaign strategy.
· Create and run multi-channel ABM plays across email, LinkedIn, direct mail, executive events, webinars, and sales follow-up.
· Work with account executives and SDRs to coordinate outreach, improve account penetration, and progress opportunities.
· Develop account-specific messaging for a SaaS email security proposition, including phishing protection, business email compromise prevention, Microsoft 365 enhancement, and security resilience.
· Brief and manage supporting assets such as one-pagers, landing pages, outreach sequences, executive presentations, and sales enablement materials.
· Measure performance across engagement, meetings, buying-group coverage, proof-of-concepts, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
· Keep CRM and targeting data accurate and ensure business-contact usage remains GDPR-conscious and commercially appropriate.
Experience required
· 4 to 7 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or strategic enterprise marketing.
· Proven experience working alongside enterprise sales teams in SaaS, cyber security, infrastructure software, or another complex B2B technology category.
· Strong understanding of how to market to senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, Heads of IT, infrastructure leaders, and risk or compliance teams.
· Experience building personalised campaigns for a small number of high-value accounts rather than relying only on volume lead generation.
· Confidence using CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent, and sales-enablement tools.
· Ability to connect campaign activity to meetings, pipeline, and commercial outcomes.
Ideal profile
The strongest candidates will have previous exposure to cyber security or adjacent categories and will be comfortable discussing market themes such as phishing, business email compromise, ransomware, AI-driven attacks, Microsoft 365 security gaps, and security consolidation. They will also be credible with sales teams, highly organised, and able to move quickly from planning into execution.
This role is especially well suited to someone coming from enterprise demand generation, named-account marketing, product marketing for cyber security, or a commercially strong ABM role in B2B SaaS.
