We are a close-knit, high-energy team built on quality, technical expertise, and exceptional service. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a motivated Trade Counter & Customer Specialists to join us and grow alongside the business.
The Role
This role is a customer-facing trade counter role. You will act as the face and voice of Byrnes Autoparts - welcoming walk-in trade customers & answering incoming calls and emails.
If you have a background in trade sales, automotive parts, customer service, or warehouse operations, this is the ideal next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customers in the shop and over phone and email, providing prompt, professional service.
- Order & Quote Processing: Accurately handle incoming orders, pricing quotes, and parts inquiries.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with other staff & delivery drivers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Accountability: Track customer requests and follow-up actions to ensure total satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in trade counter sales, motor factors, customer service, or warehouse administration.
- Strong communication skills and a personable face-to-face and phone presence.
- Solid organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT literacy (familiarity with order management software, stock systems, is a plus).
- Sector knowledge in motor parts is advantageous, but full product training will be provided.
Pay: €500.00-€650.00 per week
