What do we do?
MediaMint is an AI-powered Revenue Operations services company dedicated to accelerating innovation and revenue growth for platforms and publishers worldwide. Our mission is to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, customer satisfaction, and data-driven insights through advanced technology, automation, and AI capabilities. We serve industry leaders across AdTech, Consumer, CTV, Publishing, and Retail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing advertising platform implementations and client integrations
- Supporting tag management, tracking setup, and conversion tracking QA
- Working with GTM, pixels, Conversion APIs, and analytics tools
- Optimizing performance campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Social channels
- Partnering with sales and technical teams to drive campaign success
Specifically, we require stronger experience in the following areas:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, or ad operations
- Hands-on implementation of tracking solutions, including tools such as Google Tag Manager.
- Configuring, testing, and troubleshooting API integrations & implementation using tools like Postman.
- Understanding and resolving issues related to JSON payloads, including formatting, response handling, and data validation.
- Experience working with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, including troubleshooting mobile SDK implementations and attribution-related issues.
- Strong communication skills to confidently interact with clients and provide technical implementation support.

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
