Roles & Responsibilities
This role is focused on carrying out deep cleaning across the hotel during the night shift, using specialist cleaning equipment and machinery to maintain our facilities to exceptional standards. You'll take pride in creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members while working independently and efficiently throughout the night.
Minimum experience: Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled deep cleaning of all public areas throughout the hotel during the night shift to the Radisson RED standards.
- Operate floor cleaning machinery and specialist cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
- Complete floor care tasks including scrubbing, buffing, polishing and carpet cleaning as scheduled.
- Ensure all public areas are clean, safe and fully prepared for guests each morning.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
- Report maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Work collaboratively with the Nights Team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel overnight.
- All other duties as required.
