Due to ongoing company growth, we are seeking an enthuastic Administrator to join our Service Department. This role carries considerable responsibility, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Manager in the day-to-day management of customer accounts and relationships
- Assist in the preparation, generation, distribution, and administration of contracts and service agreements
- Prepare, review, and maintain customer documentation, including job sheets, invoices, service records, and progress updates
- Maintain and update customer databases daily, ensuring all records are accurate
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Provide administrative support across the department, including task coordination and follow-up actions
- Coordinate and schedule works by liaising directly with clients and the scheduling team
Requirements:
To excel in this diverse role, you must possess the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, account management, or business support role
- Experience handling customer enquiries and maintaining professional customer relationships
- Strong telephone manner with experience managing inbound and outbound customer communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skill

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and the value the successful candidate will bring to the role
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
