We're a performance-driven Shopify growth agency working with 40+ eCommerce brands across Meta and CRO on Shopify.
Creative is the biggest growth lever in paid media right now.
And great editing is what turns good concepts into winning ads.
We're looking for a Video Editor who understands direct-response marketing and wants to get better at it.
Not just someone who makes videos look pretty.
Someone who understands how ads actually convert.
You won't just edit random content.
You'll be working on real paid ads for real brands spending real budgets.
And because we're an agency, you'll get exposure to multiple brands and industries, not just one product forever.

This role can also grow into creative strategy over time if you show the ability to think beyond editing.
Your focus will be turning concepts into high-performing Meta ads.
That includes:
- Editing direct-response video ads for Meta
- Iterating on winning creatives with new hooks and angles
- Testing variations of pacing, structure, and messaging
- Using AI tools to speed up production workflows
- Studying competitor ads and creative trends
- Collaborating with strategists to improve concepts over time

$1,500 – $2,000 per month depending on experience.
