We're growing fast, and we're looking for an exceptional Manager to lead and drive that growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare leadership role for someone who wants to run a business, not just work in one. You'll lead a team of fitness consultants across our four locations, own the client experience, drive revenue, and have direct input into how the business grows. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team leadership
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of fitness consultants across four sites
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Run daily team huddles and Weekly Action Plan (WAP) reviews
- Build and maintain a results-driven, high-energy culture
Sales & business growth
- Drive front-end conversions, upgrades, and referrals across all locations
- Achieve monthly new active client targets from in-gym efforts
Client retention & results
- Maintain 95%+ monthly client retention through exceptional results, service and programming
- Ensure every client achieves measurable progress in line with Educogym benchmarks
Marketing & community
- Provide weekly trainer and client content for marketing channels
- Organise at least one event or workshop per month
Operations
- Track and analyse performance and sales data across all sites
- Ensure team compliance with Educogym policies and standards
- Cover personal training or group classes when required
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Leading your team:
- 100%+ of monthly sales targets
- Staff retention ≥ 90% annually
- +10 new active clients/month
- Front-end conversion ≥ 80%
- Client retention ≥ 95%/month
- 4+ hrs coaching per team member/month
- Weekly marketing content delivered
Your own performance:
- Personal sales targets
- Retail sales
- Referrals generated
- Client results delivered
- ≥ 90% training attendance
- 100% class coverage when required
These KPIs are high — and achievable. Our proven system means you're not expected to figure it out alone. You'll be trained in the Educogym Model from day one.
BONUS STRUCTURE
At the start of each month or quarter, you'll agree 3 Priority KPIs with the CEO and Operations Manager. Hit 100% of those KPIs and you qualify for your bonus — it's that straightforward. All other KPIs remain expectations, but your bonus eligibility centres on the agreed priorities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: €40,000 – €55,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus: Monthly / quarterly on Priority KPIs

- Proven experience in sales leadership, fitness, or a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and team management skills
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and client transformation
- Comfortable with accountability — you want to own targets, not just work toward them
- Experience managing across multiple locations is an advantage
