As we continue to grow, We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and proactive Multi-Task Attendants (MTA) to join our emergency accommodation team. In this vital role, you will ensure a safe, clean, welcoming, and supportive environment for individuals experiencing crisis. This position uniquely combines property management duties (cleaning, catering, and safety checks) with frontline, trauma-informed resident support.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are reliable, caring, dedicated, diligent and trustworthy
- Can remain calm in challenging situations
- Are comfortable using computers and common software applications in a work environment
- Are fluent in English both verbally and written
What you need to do:
- Observe, listen and engage with clients
- Be punctual and manage time effectively
- Communicate any changes or concerns in relation to client needs
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Must be fully flexible for day/night/weekend shifts
Experience:
- Working with individuals experiencing homelessness: 1 year (preferred)
Driving is not part of the role, so a driving licence is not required.
