We are looking for reliable and motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team. This is a physically active role that involves delivering parcels safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
These positions are primarily being recruited to support our increased workload during Peak Season. However, drivers who demonstrate strong performance, reliability and a positive attitude may be offered the opportunity to continue with the company where there is an ongoing business requirement.

What You'll Do
- Deliver and collect parcels on a designated route.
- Load and unload your vehicle safely.
- Plan and manage your daily deliveries efficiently.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
- Complete all deliveries using handheld scanning devices.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Full, clean Category B driving licence.
- Good knowledge of safe driving practices.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a wider team.
- Physically fit, as the role involves regular lifting and moving parcels.
- Previous multi-drop or courier experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a busy team.
Hours & Pay
- Average 42 hours per week.
- €14.65 per hour.
- Saturday work is not mandatory pre-Peak; however, flexibility to work Saturdays is expected as part of the role, and will be mandatory through November / December.
- Saturday shifts are paid at a flat rate of €100.
- This position is subject to a 6-month probationary period.
- Once a driver has successfully completed training and is operating a full delivery route independently, a daily subsistence payment may be payable, subject to Company policy.
- These positions are primarily to support the business during Peak Season, with the potential for ongoing employment for suitable drivers depending on performance and ongoing business requirements.
