We are currently seeking Full Time or Part Time Experienced Bartender to join the team at Mount Falcon Estate. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience and knowledge of Cocktails, then we would love to hear from you.
Applicant Requirements:
- 2+ years cocktail experience essential.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Passion for delivering fantastic service.
- Be friendly, courteous, and professional always.
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands on person with great people skills.
- High energy / sense of urgency.
- Enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team.
- The desire to challenge yourself in a busy venue.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- To wear clean, suitable uniform and name badge always and ensure other bar staff are following suit.
- To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming and ensure other bar staff are doing same.
- To ensure that the quality of product and quality of presentation is maintained at the highest possible standard at all times in the department.
- To participate in both internal and external training classes as required.
