Business Development/ Sales Executive- Modular Building Sector

We are seeking an ambitious and self motivated Business Development/Sales Executive to join our growing modular construction company, focusing on opportunities within the private sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual with a strong technical background who can confidently engage with clients, understand project requirements and develop new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the private sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architechts, developers and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Manager the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award.
- Represent the company at meetings, industry events and client presentations.
- Work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
- Technical knowledge or experience within construction, engineering, modular buildings, manufacturing or a related sector.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and capable of working on their own initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results driven approach.
