Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager at one of our partner companies located in Ireland. The Manager will:
- Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value B2B prospects across targeted regions or industries.
- Outreach & Acquisition: Initiate outbound communication via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking to secure introductory meetings and pitches.
- Negotiation & Closing: Structure pricing models, draft/review commercial contracts, and finalize agreements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor movements, and adapt go-to-market strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to tailor B2B offerings and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a sales, partnership, operational, or account management role, ideally in food, hospitality, logistics, or a related sector
- A natural relationship builder who is comfortable in client-facing and vendor-facing situations alike
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and the Dublin food scene
- Valid work rights in Ireland, as we do not provide visa sponsorship
Pay: €32,395.01-€55,666.53 per year
