About the role:
Reporting to the Line Manager (Red Top) this position presents a diverse and challenging role in a busy engineering environment.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 Years working in Stores
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Adhere to all safety standards and requirements including PPE requirements.
· Ensure that the highest standards of safety and Housekeeping are maintained at all times.
· Control and co-ordinate the workload within sub team to ensure scheduling targets and Production deadlines are meet.
· Coordinate activities which maintain stock levels between sites in Ireland, USA and Dubai.
· Maintain high level of stock accuracy, ensuring all goods in/out transactions are completed.
· Provide assistance across all sub teams as required to cover peaks in demand, holidays or absence.
· Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and quality are maintained.
· Ensure all adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
· Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
· Actively participate in the development of other team members.
· Ensure adherence to all Quality standards and expectations.
About you:
- At all times demonstrate a positive attitude, Flexible and ability to fit in as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of all warehouse computer systems and warehouse apps.
- Demonstrate the ability recognise and solve problems as they arise, finding solutions and alternatives.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years’ experience in industrial Stores Environment.
