An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Dublin office of our firm as an Operations Associate / Administrator. What does the role entail?

Provision of administrative support to the Audit & Assurance (A&A) Operations management team.

Management of the audit operations mailbox, responding to general queries and escalating issues where necessary to A&A Ops Management Team.

Coordination of internal department meetings and minute taking.
-
Preparation of presentation slides and material in PowerPoint.
-
Maintaining templates for key client documents.
-
Supporting the onboarding process for all new joiners to the department.

Act as a key liaison for the A&A team with the central facilities team; trouble shooting facilities related queries, managing lockers etc.

Assist with coordination and management of special projects, as required.

Various ad-hoc administration duties and support to wider Audit team.
