Lead and manage the Mechanical Installations team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers to develop detailed design proposals.
- Install designs and as per Drawings with proven systems and methods.
- Analyse construction methodology, identifying implications for the project programme and logistics.
- Engage with the supply chain to ensure delivery of subcontract packages.
- Review equipment specifications and prepare procurement packages.
- Evaluate subcontract and supplier proposals, developing technical/commercial comparisons for selecting preferred bidders.
- Develop crane and lifting strategies for the project.
- Identify project logistics and temporary works requirements.
- Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to various other aspects of the project and tendering process.

Pay: €59,721.48-€75,000.00 per year
