Bowe Dental is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrator Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial administration of the clinic, ensuring accurate record keeping and assisting the Accountant with various accounting and finance-related tasks.

This is a fully onsite position based at Bowe Dental.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurate entry of supplier invoices, laboratory invoices, and other financial transactions into the accounting system.
· Maintaining up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
· Assisting with the allocation and recording of practice charges and expenses.
· Supporting the Accountant with month-end reporting requirements and financial administration.
· Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems.
· Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries and account information.
· Ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
· Supporting general administrative duties related to the finance function as required.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts administration, finance support, or high-volume data entry role.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
Experience using Big Red Cloud accounting software would be advantageous.
Previous experience working in a healthcare or dental practice environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Pay: From €16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
