Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance to join our leadership team and play a key role in driving the continued growth and success of the business. Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will lead the finance function, oversee a growing portfolio of clients, and provide strategic financial guidance across the organisation.

Lead and develop the finance team, including the Senior Accountant.

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory and statutory requirements.

Review management accounts, statutory accounts and cashflow forecasts.

Act as a senior advisor to clients and Directors.

Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualified accountant.

8+ years' finance experience, ideally in practice or professional services.

Proven people leadership and team management experience.

Strong financial reporting, tax and compliance knowledge.

Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills.

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel and accounting systems knowledge.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
