We are a bustling cafe located in the heart of Carndonagh, CO. Donegal, with a high footfall of tourists. Having been in business for just over a year, we have quickly become a top trending cafe on Google search. Our cafe specializes in breakfast and lunch offerings, including hot sandwiches, salads, and soups. We have a seating capacity of 50 indoors and 70 outdoors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, including hot sandwiches, salads, and soups.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef or cook in a similar setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for creating delicious and high-quality food.
