We are currently recruiting for Sous Chefs at Só Hotels for our 6 Hotels accross Ireland
Purpose Of The Job: To assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the Kitchen ensuring that all areas of the Kitchen are maintained to the standards required by the Hotel. Assist the Head Chef, deal with queries concerning the Kitchen staff. To assist in co-coordinating and execute training of Kitchen Staff. To be able to motivate staff. To maintain a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment. To cook any food on a daily basis according to business requirements for all hotel food outlets.
