We are seeking an experienced Loading Shovel Driver / Plant Operator to join our team at a quarry site in the Innishannon area.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a loading shovel safely and efficiently.
Run and monitor the washing plant to process quarry materials.
Maintain production targets and ensure smooth plant operations.
Carry out routine plant inspections and basic maintenance.
Perform plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
Keep the work area clean and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report equipment faults and assist with general site duties as required.
Requirements
Proven experience operating a loading shovel in a quarry or similar environment.
Valid Loading Shovel Operator Card/Certification is essential.
Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
Strong understanding of quarry operations and plant machinery.
Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: €13.50-€23.15 per hour
