We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Porter to join our friendly team at Delphi Resort.
The ideal candidate will have
- Friendly personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Hotsoft and Microsoft office preferable but not necessary
- Ability to deal with guests queries in a timely manner and efficiently
Key task will include:
- Meet, greet and check-in hotel guests
- Maintain night duties
- Cleaning of public areas
- Hotel security
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Deliver exceptional customer care and guest service
