This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, growth-minded tax professional to join a rapidly expanding tax relief specialist with global ambitions and to play a key-role in the start-up of the Ireland office and develop into a best-in-class team within the Irish R&D tax market.
This role will be the first delivery focused hire within the Ireland office and will be responsible for developing the delivery pipeline, undertaking the technical delivery work for submission of high-quality R&D tax claims, and work closely with the commercial function to expand the client base in Ireland.
Following initial success the role scope will expand to include management of an expanding team as the client base expands and further consulting roles are added.
Expectations
- Manage and deliver a varied and high value client portfolio (80 – 100 claims per annum)

- Provide expert R&D tax specific advice to clients
- Deliver technical reports and financial analyses with exceptional level of accuracy

- Work with internal commercial team to both acquire new clients and develop new industry areas to focus on

- Share knowledge of previous technical areas and develop further technical curiosity

Requirements
- 1 year (+) minimum of previous R&D Tax Relief experience in Ireland (from either a Technical or Financial delivery background). Higher experience will be considered and recognised in title and pay.
