About the role
Sightsavers Ireland is looking for an experienced and ambitious Corporate and Campaigns Fundraising Manager to lead the development of a new corporate fundraising strategy and build strategic partnerships that create lasting impact. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of corporate fundraising for Sightsavers Ireland, working closely with businesses, senior leaders and supporters who share our commitment to creating a more inclusive world where people with disabilities can thrive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing income through corporate partnerships, fundraising campaigns and high-profile events. They will play a key role in raising awareness of Sightsavers' work, developing innovative fundraising opportunities and securing long-term value for both Sightsavers Ireland and its partners.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Sightsavers Ireland's corporate fundraising strategy for 2027–2031

Create annual fundraising plans with clear priorities, objectives and measures of success

Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships that align with Sightsavers' mission and values

Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners, creating mutually beneficial engagement opportunities

Lead the planning and delivery of fundraising and cultivation events, including flagship challenges and donor engagement activities

Develop innovative fundraising initiatives that engage businesses, employees and wider supporter networks

Build a network of senior business leaders who can champion and advocate for Sightsavers Ireland

Monitor fundraising performance and provide reporting on income, impact and return on investment

Manage campaign and partnership budgets and ensure funding is accurately tracked and reported

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraiser, business development professional or partnership specialist with a proven ability to build and grow strategic relationships. They will be confident engaging with senior stakeholders and corporate decision-makers, combining strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for delivering positive social impact. A creative and strategic thinker, they will enjoy identifying new opportunities, developing innovative fundraising ideas and turning ambition into measurable results. They will also be motivated by Sightsavers' mission and committed to creating sustainable change through meaningful partnerships.
Jobholder Requirements
Essential:

Significant experience in corporate fundraising, business development or corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships.

Demonstrated success in securing and managing external partnerships.
- Strong event management experience, including the delivery of high-profile fundraising

- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisational and budget management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to monitor performance and use data to inform decision-making
