An interest in financial services, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime prevention.
A basic understanding of AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS requirements, or a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
An interest in the Irish and European regulatory environment, particularly as it relates to financial services and investment funds.
A basic understanding of investment funds and fund administration would be advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Previous internship, work experience or academic exposure within financial services, compliance, risk, legal or a related field would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Fluent English is essential. Knowledge of French or another European language would be an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a third-level qualification in Finance, Business, Law, Economics or a related discipline.
