Grayling Property Management is looking to hire a Property Maintenance/Handyman Technician to join our growing team in a busy residential property management company based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be joining an established maintenance team whilst working closely with our Letting and Property Management Team, our residents and building managers. We are looking for the successful candidate to be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Diverse Maintenance & Repair Tasks: Perform high-quality, professional repairs and maintenance, covering a wide range of trades, often working independently.
- Interior Trades: Complete carpentry, painting, decorating, drywall repair, flooring installation/repair, appliance connection.
- Basic Mechanical/Electrical: Perform minor plumbing repairs (e.g., leaks, clogs, fixture replacement) and simple electrical work (e.g., fixture replacement, bulb changes, fault diagnosis).
- External & Grounds Maintenance: Carry out basic exterior repairs, including gardening.
- Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of Grayling, interacting directly with residents and the Property Management Team to diagnose issues and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Administrative: Accurately record all work performed, upload pictures, time spent through the maintenance tracking system.
- Licence & Vehicle: Must possess a full, clean Irish driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel across the Dublin portfolio.
Pay: €40,000.00-€44,000.00 per year
