The Role
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations and supporting our field engineers.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls from customers
- Scheduling and dispatching engineers to jobs across Dublin
- Managing job bookings and customer details in our system
- Communicating with engineers on the road throughout the day
- Sending quotes and invoices to customers
- Basic accounts administration (invoicing, payments, reconciling)
- Maintaining organised records and job logs
- Supporting general office operations
This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Previous office administration experience
- Experience coordinating a team of engineers, drivers, or technicians (preferred)
- Accounts administration experience
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
You must be based locally in Dublin or within an easy commute to Dublin 10.
