Lisney’s Graduate Programme is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the Irish property sector. It is designed to develop future Chartered Surveyors and leaders by offering a structured pathway that blends real-world experience with professional development support. We are currently looking for both new and experienced graduates to join our team in Autumn 2026.
Our Commercial Pathway is designed for graduates who want to work on some of Ireland’s most exciting projects and gain experience across a broad range of real estate sectors.
Over the course of two to three years, you’ll rotate through departments and develop the expertise you need to launch a successful career.
- Work on live projects from day one, guided by senior leaders who share their knowledge and experience
- Rotate across two to three departments
- Valuations and client reporting
- Fund and portfolio assessments
- Sales strategies and investor engagement
- Leasing strategies and occupier/landlord engagement
- Paid memberships to relevant professional bodies such as SCSI, RICS and IPFMA
- Internal and external training, including CPD seminars and workshops
- Sponsorship opportunities for non-property graduates to complete an MSc in Real Estate
The programme also includes dedicated support for completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), with assigned supervisors, study hours, and in-house training.
