We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, customer focused Gift Shop Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our Hotel Gift Shop. This role is part-time 2 days per week with both weekday and weekend availability required.
The responsibilities of the Gift Shop Assistant:

Deliver Customer Service to the Highest Standard ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience.

Upsell and Inform guest of shop special or promotions items

Provide advice and recommendations as required

Receiving, processing and pricing orders and payments

Ensure stock levels are well maintained and restocked

Sale of tickets for hotel events
The ideal candidate will have:

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent people skills
-
Previous retail sales experience

Strong communication & organisational skills
