Site Engineer – Residential
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a busy residential construction project team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality housing developments and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out setting-out and surveying duties on residential construction sites
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and ensure works are built accurately
- Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site coordination
- Carry out quality control checks and ensure works meet design standards
- Assist with as-built drawings, records, and site documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of works
- Monitor progress and report any technical issues or delays
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer on residential projects
- Strong setting-out experience essential
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to work closely with site teams and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification preferred
- Proficiency with surveying equipment (e.g. Total Station) advantageous

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
