Part Time Receptionist – Mooney’s Hyundai Deansgrange
Mooney's is a well-established Irish-owned, family-run business specialising in new and used car sales since 1973. We are Ireland's leading Hyundai dealer, with locations on the Long Mile Road and in Deansgrange, Dublin.
Mooney’s Hyundai Deansgrange is looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a key first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience, both in person and over the phone. The role will involve managing customer appointments, coordinating diaries and liaising with customers and internal departments. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, process-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Interact with all customers professionally and efficiently
· Be practical and organised, with strong administration skills
- Utilising manufacturer and company standards and best practice
- Appointment bookings and liaising with our customers and internal departments
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and recommendations
Essential skills:-
- Highly professional & excellent customer service skills
- Must be process-driven
- Work well under pressure
- Must enjoy working on the telephone and have a clear, pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills and a customer-focused background.
- Proficiency in word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
- Capable of coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication skills with a co-operative and helpful attitude
- Must be well presented
- Ability to meet and greet
