Goods In Operative – Permanent Full Time
We are currently recruiting for a Goods in Operative role on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Value Centre Ennis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Manage the receipt of all incoming goods, utilising in-house computer system

Flexibility to multitask and work within the role including working in Chilled & Frozen area’s
-
Accuracy and attention to deal is a key requirement
-
Stock control duties – Rotation & Stocktakes
-
Process stock returns, damaged stock and out of date products
-
Maintaining the area and keeping it clean and tidy
-
Assisting customers
-
Ensuring all required paperwork and administration is completed and up to date
-
Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety and Security requirements
-
Other associated duties as requested by your manager
The successful candidate should have:

Good organisational and time management abilities

Be a highly motivated individual, who takes initiative with minimal supervision

Be dedicated and flexible
-
Have experience working in a warehouse and/or goods-in environment
-
Have Reach and Counterbalance forklift driving experience and hold an up-to-date operator’s certificate preferred but not essential

A professional approach to their work and dealing with colleagues, management, and business partners
-
The ability to work with and adhere to standard operating procedures
-
A strong awareness of health and safety & food safety requirements
