Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team . Reporting directly to the manager, the successful candidate will use their experience and skills to deliver services to the client in a cost effective and innovative way. This role is very 'hands - on' and requires an enthusiastic individual with a willingness to develop and take on new challenges.
**This is a full time and permanent position, working 5 days out of 7 so some flexibility is required.
Monday - Friday 5pm - 9pm

Ensure that all weekly and monthly timesheets are collated and returned by the appropriate deadlines and as per payroll instructions.

To manage rosters and rotas.

To ensure that all Aramark stock on site is properly managed and that all monthly stocktake reports are completed correctly.

Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used appropriately.

To ensure all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order and highlight areas of concern to line Management.

To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.

Arrange holiday and sick leave cover.

To ensure that the cleaning schedule for all areas is carried out satisfactorily.

Ensure correct time keeping/attendance for all cleaning staff.

To ensure that any site-specific security procedures are followed correctly.

Daily/weekly liaison reviews with site Facilities Assistant as required.

To meet with the Regional Co-Ordinator weekly with reports updating on any issues that they have resolved or issues that need to be escalated.

Host staff meetings and hold Health and Safety toolbox talks on a monthly basis.

Deal with and review all staff performance including cleaning standards and out-puts.

Monitoring of staff PPE compliance. Review & feedback.

Ensure documentation compliance relating to cleaning documentation and checklists.

Carry out spot checks and cleaning audits, to feed into the main monthly audit.

Keep good internal communication and collaboration, problem-solving oriented to ensure smooth operations.

Establish good communication with clients, meet or exceed clients/customers requirements.

Provide financial forecast, monitor spending, and meet or exceed department budget within
established guidelines.

Enhance team building and manage staffing and performance of subordinates.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in cleaning services in a Supervisory or Management role

Full BICS Training (Preferred)
