As part of our ongoing development, the Carrigaline Court hotel is now seeking applications for the full time position of Marketing Analyst, based at the hotels location in Carrigaline.
As part of the Commercial team, the Marketing Analyst will support the hotel's sales & marketing activities. The successful candidate will be involved in developing and delivering insights into the shape of the business, assessing campaign performance and optimising activity to maximise return on investment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Analyse and report performance metrics and data from platforms such as GA4, Hot-soft PMS and Loungeup CRM to Management
Managing and developing the company's website, optimising for SEO AI results
Undertaking paid for Social and PPC online advertising, managing budgets and adapting campaigns based on insights
Preparing and executing CRM and e-mail marketing campaigns
Management of marketing databases and responsibility for being compliant with GDPR guidelines
Looking at maximising revenue opportunities across all channels and product categories
Attending weekly/ monthly sales performance meetings.
Work closely with colleagues on cross-departmental activity
Support marketing team on content creation and social media activity
Liaising with and directing key external agencies and suppliers in order to deliver on the company objectives and goals
Any other duties as required
The prospective candidates should have:
Marketing/ Business Degree/Data science degree, or equivalent qualification, in particular relating to digital activity
Strong analytical skills and experience in utilising systems such as Google Analytics, Search Console and CRM systems
Website content management experience such as utilisation of Wordpress, Yoast and/or SEMrush
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Experience in manging online advertising activity such as Adwords and Paid for Social channels like Facebook Ad Manager, with knowledge of pixel tracking via tools such as Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of email marketing systems such as Mailchimp and CRM systems
Experience of working with budgets, in particular relating to digital activity
An analytical mindset with commercial acumen relating to revenue opportunities
Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
Exceptional time management, organisational and planning skills
A professional can-do approach to activity and to lead by example when performing duties
Experience in working on graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Inshot an advantage
