Coffeeangel is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator for our Dublin warehouse.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying €17.75 – €19.75 per hour, working Wednesday to Sunday.
You will run our daily delivery operation — loading the van, driving the multi-drop route across our nine
Dublin coffee shops, and getting food into each shop before it opens. Midweek you work alongside our
Head of Warehouse. At weekends you run the operation on your own.
It is an early start and it is a real responsibility. Nine shops, a central kitchen and a list of local business
customers depend on the van arriving when it should, with the right things in it.

Run the daily multi-drop delivery route across our Dublin coffee shops, working to fixed arrival times

Handle lunch deliveries midweek and all food deliveries on Saturday and Sunday

Deliver online orders to the shops and wholesale orders to local business customers

Pick, pack and load the warehouse orders raised by each shop

Manage the crate cycle between the warehouse, the kitchen and the shops

Keep the cold chain intact and record temperatures on every food delivery

Open and secure shops as a named key holder at weekends

Take day-to-day care of the van and the fuel card

Support the Head of Warehouse with stock counts, goods-in and inventory
What you need

A full, clean Category B driving licence valid in Ireland, with no automatic-only restriction

Confidence driving a manual van in Dublin city traffic — our van is manual and under 3.5 tonnes, sono Driver CPC is needed

The right to work in Ireland

Experience as a delivery driver, warehouse operative, multi-drop driver or in a similar hands-on operational role

Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, including both weekend days

Comfort with early starts — 6:30am midweek, and earlier at weekends

Basic computer literacy for order sheets, delivery records and temperature logs

Physical fitness for the work — crates, stock and cold store

A background in food, hospitality or fresh produce

Manual handling certification, or a pallet truck or forklift ticket

Good knowledge of Dublin city centre routes and loading restrictions
What we offer

€17.75 – €19.75 per hour depending on experience — €36,000 to €40,000 a year on a 39-hour week
