We are recruiting for a part-time Attendant to join our Leisure Centre team at The Parkavon Hotel Killarney. The hours available are 20 - 25 weekly. Our hotel is a busy three star hotel and our Leisure Centre caters for both hotel guests and Leisure Centre members alike.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Opening & closing of the Leisure Centre.
- To ensure that all guests & members are treated in a friendly & courteous manner.
- To help implement and maintain the highest SOP's for all service areas.
- To liaise with Leisure Manager regarding all operational issues.
- To deliver a high standard of cleanliness on a daily basis.
- To carry out regular pool tests & plant room operation checks.
- To ensure gym equipment & plant is checked daily.
- Cash handling & administration duties.
The ideal candidate should ideally have the following:
- At least one years experience working in a Leisure Centre.
- Be a Qualified Level 2 swim teacher.
- Pool Lifeguard Qualifications/current Lifeguard Training certification.
- Excellent timekeeping, communication skills & be able to work unsupervised.
- Be eligible to work legally in Ireland and must be fluent in written & spoken English.
- Flexibility with working hours & weekend availability.
- Work a split shift
