EnergyIQ Experts is seeking a motivated and professional Domestic BER Assessor to join our growing team.
This role involves carrying out BER assessments at residential properties throughout the Midlands, with occasional travel to other parts of Ireland. The successful candidate will work independently, visiting customers’ homes to complete on-site surveys before preparing and submitting BER assessments from their home office.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic BER surveys at residential properties.
- Collect accurate measurements, photographs, and property data during site visits.
- Complete BER assessments and associated paperwork from your home office.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Manage your workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Travel throughout the Midlands and occasionally further afield as required.
Essential Requirements
- Registered SEAI Domestic BER Assessor or
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in a construction-related discipline, making you eligible to complete the Domestic BER Assessor qualification and become SEAI registered.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Previous experience carrying out BER assessments.
- Experience within the construction or residential building sector.
