The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full accountability for the store’s performance, leading from the front to drive sales, service excellence, and operational standards. You will inspire and develop your team while ensuring the brand’s premium positioning is reflected in every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage store operations, stock control, and visual standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand presentation
- Analyse weekly trade reports and implement action plans
- Maintain strong commercial focus on conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven Store Manager experience within retail (fashion, jewellery, or premium retail preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
- Passionate about customer service and team development
- Confident leader who motivates through example
