Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to work full-time in our Cork City store at 18B French Church Street.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome and create a friendly, approachable in-store experience
- Use consultative selling to understand customers' needs, recommend the right products, and handle objections confidently
- Present and promote LOCO Care service plans and accessories to maximise value for every customer
- Process orders efficiently and professionally through our point-of-sale system
- Handle customer queries in person and over the phone, directing to the relevant team member where needed
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store throughout the day, ensuring displays and product literature are up to date
- Set up electric scooters for display and provide an on-demand assembly service for customers
- Check in electric scooters for repair using our repair management software
- Support stock management and maintain accurate inventory records
Communication & Teamwork
- Answer phone calls courteously and deal with queries directly or route to the appropriate department
- Liaise with team members to ensure a smooth, consistent customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, suggestions, and opportunities

- Professional appearance — adherence to dress code guidelines and LOCO branded apparel
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative — complete tasks efficiently while looking for ways to improve how the store runs
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
