Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidates will support day-to-day operations across warehouse, production, logistics, or site-based environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring and operational duties as assigned.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following training and safety procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch where required.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products and materials.
- Follow company health and safety policies at all times.
- Support supervisors and colleagues in achieving daily operational targets.
- Report any equipment faults, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or general operative role is desirable but not essential.
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.
- Manual Handling Certificate (preferred but not essential).
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
