A North Dublin Nursing Home is seeking a Maintenance Person.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Liaising with the management team to carry out work/ repairs.
· Performing general repairs internally and externally, e.g., but not limited to, fitting of appliances, painting, carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical.
· Daily / monthly maintenance checks in line with Nursing Home policies.
· Ensuring paperwork is recorded in a timely manner
· Preventative Maintenance
Ground Maintenance :
· Grounds maintenance duties
Key Skills:
· Experience in a similar role.
· Team player
· Manual Handling.
· Awareness of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
· Prioritising work.
· Safe Pass desirable.
· Full driving licence
· Knowlege of plumbing / basic electrics
