The 5* Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate, Galway (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) is currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor
Duties:
- To assist in the delivery of customer service in line with SOP's and guest expectations..
- To ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and the presentation and cleanliness is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times.
- Responsibility for maintaining the quality of services provided to our guests through the provision of measured and standard-driven training.
- To ensure guidance is given to all team members.
- Applicants must have previous Food & Beverage Supervisory experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel and have fluent English along with excellent customer service skills.
