Job Title: Retail Security Officer
Location: Dublin 17
Rate: €15.41 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Up to 48 hours per week (shift-based, Monday to Sunday - shifts range from 8 to 12 hours)
Key Responsibilities

Maintain security and safety within the retail environment.

Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises.

Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring a swift and professional resolution.

Assist customers and staff, fostering a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Deter theft, vandalism, and other unlawful behaviour through a visible and professional security presence.

Complete incident and activity reports accurately and on time.

Follow all company and site-specific procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and security regulations.
Requirements

Valid PSA Security Licence is essential.

Minimum of 1 year's experience in retail security.

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, staff, and management.

Must be available to work across a flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday).

Ability to work shifts ranging from 8-12 hours per day, up to 48 hours per week.

Must be able to provide a 5-year verifiable work history.

Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
