Experience Required: 4 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Endpoint Management, and Enterprise IT Support.
Work Authorization: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland.

Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Rooms & Endpoint Support Engineer to provide dedicated onsite support for enterprise collaboration technologies and Cyber Recovery devices. This role combines ownership of Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms (MTR) with the deployment, administration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of approximately 80 standalone Cyber Recovery ("Go Bag") Windows devices used by senior leadership during major security incidents.
The successful candidate will support both the implementation and operational phases of the project while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, endpoint security, collaboration technology, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Teams Rooms Support
- Provide onsite support for Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms, ensuring optimal functionality and availability.
- Perform meeting room readiness checks prior to executive, business critical, and high priority meetings.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Teams Room devices, including touch consoles, cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, and content sharing systems.
- Configure, maintain, patch, and upgrade Microsoft Teams Room hardware and software.
- Conduct routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with Microsoft 365, Network, Workplace Services, and Audio Visual teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, operational procedures, and inventory records for all Microsoft Teams Room assets.
- Provide onsite executive and VIP collaboration support during meetings and special events.
Cyber Recovery Device Management
Support the complete lifecycle management of approximately 80 standalone Windows Cyber Recovery devices designed for business continuity and major security incidents.
Build Phase
- Participate in solution discovery, planning, and technical design activities.
- Develop, validate, and maintain standard Windows deployment images.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot deployments.
- Build, configure, validate, and deploy Cyber Recovery devices.
- Implement Windows security hardening in accordance with organizational standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, governance records, and implementation documentation.
Operational Support
- Coordinate and perform Windows operating system patch management activities.
- Execute driver, firmware, and security updates.
- Conduct scheduled device health assessments and operational readiness checks.
- Maintain asset inventory, lifecycle documentation, and compliance records.
- Support hardware refresh initiatives and replacement activities.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support for the Cyber Recovery device estate.
