Our multidisciplinary team works together to deliver the highest standard of clinical excellence, compassion, and support. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients in person, by telephone, and via email.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for medical staff.

Respond to patient enquiries professionally and compassionately.

Prepare patient charts and documentation ahead of consultations.

Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims.

Maintain accurate patient records using our patient management system.

Liaise with clinical teams, laboratories, pharmacies, and third-party providers.

Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and reporting.

Ensure all patient information is handled confidentially in line with GDPR requirements.

Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Working Hours:

40hr working week inclusive of breaks.

8 Hour shift with core operating hours between 7:30-3:30pm
