Graduate Finance Accountant

Role Overview
This a new opportunity to, due to continuous a growth, we are hiring two Finance Graduates to join our Finance team join a growing and dynamic finance team in our Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin 22. To succeed in this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a desire to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA preferred).
This position will be based on-site five days per week in our Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin 22, will be part of a team of large finance team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of financial reporting, compliance, and management accounting activities across a few operating jurisdictions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including process re-engineering projects, ERP system improvements, and the enhancement of finance policies and procedures.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently and in accordance with agreed timelines.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across finance, operations, and project teams to support the wider objectives of the business.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

A strong desire to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA preferred), with full study support provided by the company.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
