Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers to deliver excellent sales service.

Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational expectations.

Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.

Learn and share expertise on products and trends to provide tailored recommendations for customers.

Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, as well as current and upcoming trends.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a knack for engaging conversations.
